Processing Times

All of our items are handmade with care. Processing times vary depending on the item.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade, returns and exchanges may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
